Forgotten River Affairs Office

When I thought my wife had simply died, I saw a woman exactly like her in the Bardo Realm.

When I thought she was Jiang Wan, I discovered that Gu Shen had another Jiang Wan locked away.

When I thought I could uncover the truth by severing every knot of longing, I discovered that with every slash, I forgot a little more about her.

Only at the very end did I understand:

The one truly trapped in the knots of longing was never the dead.

It was me.

The Bardo Realm has no shortage of stories, and the Wangchuan Agency welcomes yours too.
