In the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty, the Song and Jin Dynasties faced each other across the Qinling Mountains.
In a dilapidated post station on Chencang Road, Zhao Yan, a junior official, started to reclaim wasteland, farm land, and take in refugees, and gradually revitalized the abandoned ancient road.
He traveled over mountains and ridges in search of water sources, built plank roads, conveyed military information, and met mountain people, travelers, and garrison soldiers in the Qinling Mountains every ordinary day. From the old water system in "Shui Jing Zhu" to the old system of postal transmissions in "Taiping Yulan", deep in the valley lie the forgotten past events of the previous dynasty, as well as the faint hope of survival in troubled times.
Until the war breaks out again, this ancient road connecting Bashu and Guanzhong has become the key to determining the life and death of one party——
And the people who guard this road have long been connected to it by blood.

These people can obtain a self-sufficient, plain and practical life through their own hands. Isn't this just another picture of the Peach Blossom Land? Does Zhao Yan have the power to turn stone into gold?
Zhao Yan and Han Lao Wu drank a jar of wild persimmon wine several times. When Ma Lao San brought the caravan for the first time, they had already given it to Ma Lao San to drink that night. How come the wounded piece removed from Dashanguan was shot in the thigh by an arrow, and the arrowhead was still in the thigh. He took out the wild persimmon wine and let the wounded soldier drink it, and then took the arrowhead for him. This can of wine is really inexhaustible!
