Spirit Network Operations Log

In Year 237 of the Spiritnet Era, Yan Wujiu, a former Taoist priest from the Heavenly Masters' Mansion, was fired from his government job. Down on his luck, he reported to the Abnormal Incident Management Bureau.

On his first day, he received a bizarre System message: "Causality tracing activated." That same day, the System illegally assigned him a C-rank work order: a spirit was incubating inside a Spiritnet node cabinet. It was called the "Cause-and-Effect Hunter," and its sole purpose was to silence witnesses.

Yan Wujiu didn't believe in fate, but he couldn't escape the Spiritnet's dispatch system.

And so, from the moment he clocked in, a cyber-mystical battle for survival in the workplace officially began.
