Lao Cha obtained fragmented data from a physically damaged hard drive bought from a scrapyard and through extreme repair: a young girl's daily photos, study notes, scattered diaries, and the last deleted recording of an argument with someone. All the girl's social accounts stopped updating more than a year ago, and she seemed to have disappeared, but there was no missing person report or missing person notice. Lao Cha found that traces of words spoken by people who "disappeared" could be found in multiple hard drives recovered in the same batch.
