In 2147, the wasteland world after nuclear war. The survivors gathered in the "city-state" transformed from an old military fortress, and the most frightening place was the federal prison number NC-001 - "The Abyss".
The most dangerous people in the wasteland are imprisoned here: mutant leaders, predator generals, cult leaders, former city-state traitors...
Outside the prison, the same thugs roamed the wasteland. No one dares to get close to the "abyss", and no one wants to go in.
