At an auction, Su Yu bought a mirror that could travel between two worlds. One side connected to Blue Star, while the other led to an unknown world.
Elves? Beastfolk? Dwarves? And beast-eared girls?
Battle aura? Magic?
This world was terribly backward. Looking at the adorable catgirl who had fainted from hunger at his feet, Su Yu decided he ought to bring these poor girls a little modern warmth, and give this world a shock of technological progress.
His conquest of the world would begin by saving these beast-eared girls.
Barbaric beastfolk are invading? Wipe them all out.
A goblin crisis caused by their incredible reproductive rate? Sterilize every last one of them.
A wealth of mineral deposits discovered? Round up some Japanese men and send them to the other world to mine.
Civil war in the human kingdom? It’s getting cold, so I should put on another layer!
When the world of technology collides with the world of magic, Su Yu has this to say: No money, no connections? Do you even know how to use a portal?
No strength, no charm? Do you even know how to handle beast-eared... Ahem.
Overall, it's okay, with old double-travel themes, western fantasy, farming and cultivation stories, and the plot of catching up on mining while you're still young. There aren't many words yet, so I'll give it five stars first and then look at it later.
