Wen Yining never thought that meeting Lu Jiming seven years later would be at a charity project meeting.
He has a cool suit and is a well-known architect.
She looks calm and is an editor of a children's publishing house.
Others just regarded them as old acquaintances whom they had not seen for many years.
Only Wen Yining knew that she had a seven-year-old daughter named Xiaoman at home.
That was the name she and Lu Jiming said together many years ago.
When Lu Jiming heard the word "Xiaoman" for the first time, his eyes suddenly changed.
Later he asked her: "Wen Yining, is Xiaoman my daughter?"
She was silent for a long time and only said: "I didn't wait for you that year either."
Seven years ago, she left alone with her children.
Seven years later, he returned with Jiu Yu.
This time, no one can let them get separated again.

After reading this novel, I can no longer stand all the novels about dribbling a ball and running thousands of miles to chase his wife. This book overturned the content of those novels I read before. What I saw in those novels was that the father knew the existence of the child, and the father immediately recognized the child, and then the child quickly integrated into the family. But it has not been taken into account that the child has lived alone with his mother for so many years, some of the cognitions he has formed during this period, some of his life habits, and so many years have been missed. Can the father and the child really quickly accept each other and integrate into each other's lives with just a paternity test certificate? This book gave me some new inspiration and thinking. The novel "Running with a Ball" is not just a simple mindless novel; in real life, we see information about children disseminated in public media, including but not limited to the popular parent-child content on various media platforms today. During the filming process, are we fully respecting children and respecting their individual independence?
Oh my God, it's so beautiful. It feels like a book that you can sit down quietly and read slowly. It's so beautiful. I've never read a book on this subject before.
It's a very eloquent book. The author's writing style is very good and very delicate. I hope to see more works from the author in the future. Come on.
