Mu Chunfeng inherited the "Heart-Tangled Knot" from his ancestors - a strange silk thread that can weave dreams, and made a living by weaving beautiful dreams for people to heal their heartache. However, the peace was broken, and some people began to pay her a lot of money to weave "nightmares" to punish their enemies. Initial moral hesitation gives way to financial pressure, until a teenager is cornered by her elaborate nightmare. Shocked, Mu Chunfeng destroyed the nightmare thread with his own hands, but had already witnessed the painful ending of the young man jumping to his death. This forced her to face the terrible limits of her abilities and fell into the abyss of self-blame. She is determined to stop and reflect on her actions. A regular customer, "Lao Gu", who has long entrusted dreams to escape reality, comes again and asks to weave a "torture" for his mother who cannot communicate, forcing Mu Chunfeng to make the final choice: Should she continue to be a silent dream weaver, or completely become the breaker of her own inner moral dilemma?
