Veterinarian Bailu has a natural ability to empathize with animals. He received a desperate warning from an old elephant at the zoo late at night, and discovered strange monsters emerging from the ground of Beishan one after another. She learns that a being named Split Claw is leading an army of 372 monster beasts approaching the city. She unexpectedly awakens the bloodline of the Beast Whisperer, and forms a bond with the retired police dog Lightning and the mysterious silver-white beast, and begins a battle of protection.
