(Dual protagonists) + (dual Systems) + (live-action adaptations of manga)
Xiao Yu and his younger sister transmigrate together into a parallel world where entertainment reigns supreme. Popular culture here is woefully underdeveloped: there are no live-action manga adaptations or anime, only a few brainless live-action shows. Together, Xiao Yu and his sister recreate the manga adaptations from their previous lives.
Rurouni Kenshin, Cells at Work!, Death Note...
One hit manga adaptation after another takes the world by storm!
Everyone: “Don't make live-action remakes! Live action has always ruined manga!”
“I heard Xiao Yu is playing the lead. We're good, guys. It's in the bag!”
