At 2:17 in the morning, I stared at the cat in front of me, my mind a little confused.
This is an orange garden cat, as fat as a meatball. It usually squats at the entrance of the community to bask in the sun, and doesn't even raise an eyelid when anyone passes by. I know it, it was raised by Aunt Wang on the third floor of the unit next door. What's its name... Oh yes, rhubarb.
But Rhubarb is now doing something that sends chills down my back.
It squatted in front of the zebra crossing, waiting for the red light to turn green.
I rubbed my eyes, thinking I was hallucinating after working overtime.
You saw that right, the fat cat was squatting upright on the side of the road, its tail elegantly wrapped around its front paws, its head slightly raised, staring at the traffic light opposite. It waited three seconds for the green light to turn on, and then walked across the road leisurely with cat steps.
A cat waiting at a traffic light?
What the hell kind of sci-fi plot is this?
