[Period]+ [1970s countryside]+ [domestic squabbles]+ [delicate young wife]+ [rough man’s devoted love]
Su Xiao, who died after suffering from stomach cancer, transmigrated into a period novel.
The girl in the book was a little wretch, too. Sent to the Gu family as a child bride for their mentally disabled son, she was left widowed when her husband drowned before they could marry. Her mother-in-law grabbed her by the hair, pressed a hand to her belly, and demanded harshly, “Where did the bastard in your belly come from?”
She didn’t know!
She hadn’t even realized there was a baby in her belly.
To save her life, she kowtowed and begged for mercy, claiming the baby was her foolish husband’s posthumous child.
From then on, she became a slave to her husband’s family. She had to work in the fields, do the housework, and bear a son.
Until the crippled man she’d looked down on since childhood cornered her in the cornfield.
He, too, demanded fiercely to know whose child she was carrying.
Staring into the man’s eyes, brighter than the stars overhead, she trembled and said:
“I’m carrying your child!”
The plot is compact, the writing is smooth, and full marks for rough Chinese literature💯 I'm speechless. If you don't like watching sisters who always have misunderstandings because they don't have long mouths, don't watch it.
Having read so many period novels, this one is undoubtedly excellent, whether it is the creation of characters that are vivid and three-dimensional, with flesh and blood. The arrangement of the plot is also very unique. And his big characteristic is that he is very down-to-earth. There is no sense of baggage like some period novels that portray the heroine as very noble, and there is no exaggerated golden finger or noble, cool and awesome Plus character. There are some period novels. One thing that I am speechless about is that the male and female protagonists are written like modern literary novels and romance novels. They are either crazy or cold-blooded. This novel takes into account the aesthetics of modern readers without being separated from the times. Also, when I read many chronicle novels, I thought they were pretty good at the beginning, but I couldn't stand them anymore at the end. It's not because there's any big problem with the content. But when the relationship between a man and a woman becomes completely peaceful and warm, I won't be able to have such a strong desire to read, nor will I be curious about the plot behind the novel. In short, he can't arouse my emotions. This is actually a problem. When we are not together, I look forward to them getting together as soon as possible, but after they get together, I don't want to see them anymore. And this novel is that although the male and female protagonists have been pulling and entangled, in fact, the final relationship has not been determined and they have not finally come together, but this is the wonderful point of this novel. The female protagonist is a widow. Due to the time and situation at that time, she did not directly accept the male protagonist, but she continued to break away from the shackles of her original identity step by step. Every step she took and every success made me feel a great sense of satisfaction and gratification, and therefore I looked forward to the future life of the male and female protagonists. You can say that after reading the more than 200 pictures so far, my senses have been in anticipation and I have never been disappointed by the words written by the author. To sum up, this book has a humorous plot, rich characters, down-to-earth and bold descriptions, ups and downs of the plot, interesting and exciting, and very imaginative. 😳[Admiration][Admiration] Super, super, super love!!! The author must continue to work hard!
Beautiful, really beautiful, an unexpected surprise! So far, the writing is very good. Each character is portrayed very delicately. The good guys and bad guys are all fleshed out. The story is very strong and makes you want to read more. If you keep it up, the rating will definitely increase. Come on, author!
The writing is interesting and the plot is rich and natural. Very good article! But why did Tianbao's mother say that the child was born two months prematurely in order to prove that the child was Tianbao? Shouldn't it be a late birth? Isn't the time logic wrong?
Written by the author, whether it is the plot or the characters, every character is particularly good, so I give it five stars. I hope the author will immediately write that the heroine will give birth to a child, and then go to the town to become a doctor after reform and opening up. I really don't want to read the copy of the countryside anymore. Please, please love you, the author.
This book has some unexpected surprises. The author's writing style is mature and it almost equals the level in one breath ~ I'm looking forward to the follow-up plot. PS: The feeling of listening to the book is also very good. The rating is still low. It should be 8.5+ After all.
It's really super, super pretty!! I usually can't stand a novel with more than 200 chapters, but I couldn't get enough of this one! The characters are written very vividly and are close to real life. The emotional line between the male and female protagonists is not too rough. I don't know why the rating is low...
I really like this novel. It's just that the male protagonist was kissed by someone else. It's a bit lacking. Maybe I'm the female protagonist, but I haven't encountered such a favorite novel in a long time. The male and female protagonists are having an extreme relationship. It's super nice. But the updates are too slow. The author is begging you, can you update 10 episodes a day?
It's good to watch, but why don't the male and female protagonists confirm their relationship? It made me anxious to death, but the content is still very addictive. I can't wait to see what happens when their two sons grow up.
It's good-looking, and I like it very much. The male protagonist is a bit impatient, but I prefer this kind of male protagonist.
