Welcome to Paradise City in 2077, where neon and crime fly together, and cyberspace and mental illness coexist. A passionate female police officer who just graduated from the police academy, with a lofty ideal of eradicating crime, was thrown into the most magical department in the city - the Cyber Psychiatric Behavior Correction Center with a transfer order. Her new colleagues: a hacker monk who treats criminal code as a work of art, a violent cybernetic warrior who firmly believes that he lives in the medieval Warhammer world, and a facially paralyzed technical officer who relieves stress by playing with electronic cats. The first "patient" she took over turned out to be the city's most wanted killer, who was using the voice of her favorite anime character to confess his death to her.
