Su Mo was originally a genius surgeon who was trapped in a global super typhoon. When he was on the verge of death, he accidentally entered the different space of the STG flight shooting game called "My King, Have Mercy". In this space, she must pilot a "Golden Saint Seiya"-themed fighter plane to survive 99 waves of barrages. After surviving, Su Mo returned to reality and awakened the 'causal tampering' golden finger - she could 'modify' other people's causal lines through surgery, thereby changing their fate. But her character became paranoid and yandere as a result, thinking that she was the 'scalpel of fate'. The main line of the story revolves around Su Mo's use of abilities, starting from the treatment of terminally ill patients, and getting involved in the game between urban superpowers, the secret organization STG and transnational consortiums. She gradually discovered that her golden finger was related to a large-scale experiment trying to control the collective destiny of mankind. While dealing with various forces, Su Mo pursued the truth about his abilities, and finally chose to seek revenge and 'treatment' against the mastermind behind his destiny.
