Her Summer Never Ended

That summer seven years ago, Wang Yi handed Zhou Shiyu a bottle of orange soda. Zhou Shiyu thought summer would always come to an end.

But year after year, she realized that every day spent with Wang Yi felt like summer.

For seven years, they were best friends, each other's pinned contact, and the pair everyone assumed “would end up together,” yet they never quite took that final step.

Zhou Shiyu was tired. She posted a photo of them together, wanting to test the waters and say goodbye at the same time.

But Wang Yi came back.

She said, “I don't want to be friends anymore.”

So summer never ends. Fate really does exist. And the person she's been waiting for has been waiting for her all along.
