[Dual Female Leads + Fake and True Heiresses + Awakening and Reborn + HE]
Lin Yaya finds an old, battered early romance novel.
Its title is awful, its cover is tacky, and its synopsis is melodramatic: the classic, overused “fake and true heiresses” plot.
She flips through it casually, then suddenly freezes.
The fake heiress in the novel has the same name as her: Lin Yaya.
And her ending? Humiliated by her whole family, dumped by her fiancé, kicked out of the wealthy household, and left pathetically begging someone to take her in.
Lin Yaya scoffs and tosses the book aside.
“What does that have to do with me?”
She is Lin Yaya, not a character in a novel.
She has her own life and her own messes. She has no reason to worry about a fictional person in some lousy book.
That night, the novel’s fake heiress comes to her door.
The same face, the same name, the same wretched state.
The fake heiress from the novel.
Alive.
The two Lin Yayas stare at each other and scream.
Lin Yaya’s expression falls, and she sneaks back into that “wealthy family.”
She wants to see whether that poor fake heiress can survive if she refuses to follow the plot.
The true heiress returns in tears, and the whole family waits for Lin Yaya to be thrown out.
Instead, Lin Yaya takes her hand and asks, “Want to set the house on fire with me?”
Lin Yaya’s first rule: if she can’t have a good time, neither can anyone else.
Since she can’t change things, she might as well go completely off the rails.
What she doesn’t notice is that the battered book that vanished is rewriting itself, page by page.
On the last page, a new line appears:
[Lin Yaya is a lunatic.]
Not bad, pretty good-looking
