I Hand Over the Wasteland from the Start, Then Force the Agricultural Academy to Work for Me

[Dual-world travel + wasteland farming + handing resources over to the state + strong female lead + no romance + infrastructure + satisfying read + wild imagination] I worked myself to death from overtime, only to wake up as a desert lord in a wasteland. The System says I have to grow vegetables in irradiated soil or die! Grow vegetables? I'm just an office drone. How would I know how! So I scoop up some irradiated soil and make a beeline for the national academy of agricultural sciences, clinging desperately to a top national academician! “Professor Yuan! Please, come with me!” The security guards think I'm crazy, and the academician thinks I'm doing performance art. Then I teleport them all to the wasteland... The white-haired old men stare at the giant mutant potatoes, their eyes shining brighter than searchlights. “Good heavens! This yield... Our country is about to take off!” From then on, I build infrastructure in the wasteland, with academicians from all over the country as my technical advisers. I build granaries in the desert, with the Chinese military protecting me! The wasteland bandits stare at the steel tide behind me, dumbfounded. “Wait, your lord... has an entire country standing behind her?!”
