A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality: Dragon Ruler of the Nine Heavens

My humble work shares the same world as A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality, though the details of each cultivation realm differ slightly. As in the original, there are three realms: Mortal, Spirit, and Immortal.

I’m a fan of the original myself. After finishing it, I was utterly amazed, but couldn’t find anything to tide me over, so I decided to write my own. Fellow Daoists, I hope you’ll give it a read.

Unlike the usual underdog from the start, this story’s protagonist is a genius with an Ice-type Heavenly Spirit Root. However, he has no golden finger and relies entirely on his own intelligence and perseverance. Come see what kind of extraordinary and unconventional path to immortality this prodigy will take!
