War + Cold War + Military + Group Portraits
In 1985, NATO and the Warsaw Pact went into full-scale war, and the war spread from Western Europe to the Aegean Sea.
The whole world is staring at the German main battlefield.
No one cares that a few infantry soldiers died on an unknown mountain road in northern Greece.
Nikos, the only son of a Greek shop owner.
Jan Tam, the only Estonian son in the Soviet Army.
They were supposed to just finish their military service and go home to live.
But war is coming.
What comes earlier than the war are the veterans in the military camp, the roster, the silent officers, the packages that were snatched away, and the injuries that will never be included in the report.
When they finally met on the battlefield, they discovered that neither was a monster.
The monster was always standing behind them.

Good looking, love watching, update soon
Blind guessing that NATO's front line in Germany collapsed in the end - the use of tactical nuclear weapons - let's all stay vegetarian and have a tritium-rich box together
It's very real. There are not so many grand narratives in war, there are only small people who can't help themselves and struggle to survive.
I think the writing has always been pretty good [laughing][laughing][laughing]
