The Dark Sisters Are Live

[Kalgala, Belial, and Taitas pairings, all the way through, happy happy. A story about Earth connecting to the cosmic internet] Four villains wanted by the entire universe are suddenly forced to bind themselves to something called the "Cross-Universe Livestream System," and livestream their daily lives 24 hours a day. Its inventor, Hikari, claims this is a "scientific experiment to promote cultural exchange," but the comments have already seen through the truth: he just wants to ship the couples.

Juggler draws his sword and slashes at the camera, only to discover that it grows back even after being cut. K goes grocery shopping and gets called a "housewife" by the comments. He smiles and corrects them: "My surname is Fushii." Tregear not only doesn't avoid the camera, he appoints himself "Chief System Tester" and hacks into the backend to expose the viewers' list: the Prince of the Land of Light is lurking in his channel, an O-50 warrior is lurking in Juggler's channel, and the Emperor of the Galactic Empire himself is lurking in K's channel. Ignis? Ignis just wants to quietly polish his sleeve crossbow.

From then on, the four unwillingly on-camera members of the Dark Quartet spend their days fighting, sabotaging one another, cuddling, and having late-night tea parties. Archenemies become "the sweetest couple in the universe" in the comments, gods start making tea for their followers, and the sun keeps chasing the black hole for millions of years without giving up. The whole universe is watching, and the whole universe is shipping them.

This isn't a variety show. It's a massive villain ensemble show and a couples' fan-service event all in one. The power of science is not only terrifying, it's also incredibly shippable.

Hikari was right: science is worth it.
