In the third year of Xuande's reign, Queen Hu was deposed and quietly left the palace pregnant with a dragon heir.
Twenty years later, Zhu Nian'an, a young man from a small town in the south of the Yangtze River, accidentally dug out the golden book from his mother's casket and was shocked to find out that he was the eldest son of Xuan Zong and the orthodox heir of the Ming Dynasty.
He was originally a commoner in the market, and he only wanted to live a stable life. He did not understand politics and did not care about the court.
But his life experience is exposed, and murderous intentions surround him from all sides:
The emperor was afraid, the queen mother pursued him, and the civil servants wanted to treat him as a puppet.
Since then, he has been on the run, entering the capital step by step, causing ups and downs in the court.
After three years of vicissitudes, he went from the market to Jiuchong and ascended to the throne.
But amid the mountain's cry of long live, he was left with endless sadness:
Sitting on thousands of miles of mountains and rivers, the Zhu Nian'an that he once was has been lost forever.

I wrote it for nearly a year. Looking back at the nearly 1.2 Million words, I actually just talked about one thing. Zhu Nian'an wrote letters from the ferry, to guarding the border wall, clearing up the salt policy, and opening up maritime borders, and then later, Han Iron carved gun tubes, and the Liu family added lamp oil. Over the hundreds of years, everything has changed, but the principle has not changed - something that should be guarded must be guarded by someone. Everything else is trivial.
