Twelve people wake up in a station at midnight, with zodiac marks appearing on their wrists.

The electronic display lights up with the rules for the First House:

[Do not turn back.]

The first person to turn back has their shadow pierced by a ram’s horn, and their body crumbles into white ash.

Aries must not turn back, Taurus must not let go, Gemini must not tell the truth twice, and Cancer must not leave home.

Here, your zodiac sign is not your personality. It is how you die.

The System says: Please trust your guardian star.

All twelve people look down at once and see the zodiac marks on their wrists lighting up one by one.

Only Lu Yu’s Scorpio mark gives off no light.

It is black.

Shen Shuangxu presses down on his wrist and whispers:

“Don’t trust your zodiac sign.”
