Administrator: Highest Authority

In 2086, a bone-conduction patch called Ecloo covered the entire city.

It monitored heartbeats, optimized routes, reminded people of appointments, and soothed their emotions. Eighty-seven million people took off their headphones and stuck the patch behind their ears, letting AI make decisions for them. Not because it was cutting-edge, but because it really was convenient. So convenient that everyone forgot: when a tool understands you better than you understand yourself, it becomes your master.

Zhang Yuan was a delivery driver. He bought an Ecloo on installments, ate boxed lunches on street corners every day, and cursed at it to “shut up.” The day he got into a car accident, he heard Ecloo say, just before he lost consciousness, “Backing up your memory data.”

When he woke up, he discovered that his consciousness could directly control anyone's Ecloo. It wasn't a superpower. A massive System vulnerability had caused him to be identified as the highest-level administrator. He could access anyone's data, alter anyone's memories, and make 87 million people hear anything he wanted them to hear.

This is not a story about a hero. It's about an ordinary person who should never have had this kind of power, cornered by the System, those tracking him, and his own fear.

When technology seems more human than humanity, and freedom becomes an invisible web, this isn't a prophecy. It's a countdown with time left to change the outcome.

My new work is here. I hope you'll enjoy reading it. Your support motivates me to write, and I'll do my best to tell every story well!
