He keeps a low profile in the village, carrying on what came before and preparing for what comes next. Once Luffy sets sail, he builds a force under the name “Emperor.” He won’t become a pirate or join the Marines. He tears the Celestial Dragons apart and takes on the World Government head-on, rising from an unknown good-for-nothing to become the one supreme emperor of the seas!
