Gu World: Limitless Schemes

A frigid mist shrouds the vast, desolate mountains. You stand atop the shattered ruins of an ancient immortal abode.

The Dao winds around you have fallen silent. Centuries of planning, patience, and choices have settled deep within your soul.

You cut off worldly attachments long ago, yet never became a cold-blooded killing machine. You align with the Dao through absolute reason, use Wisdom Dao to calculate the Myriad Worlds, and use Human Dao to balance the universe. From a humble rogue cultivator, you rise through the smoke of a chaotic age to claim the rank of a Rank Nine Venerable.

The Heavenly Court fears your unfailing schemes. The Four Venerables of the demonic path fear the way you arrange cause and effect. Across the chessboard of heaven and earth, most of the pieces move at your whim.

Yet as you gaze down upon all living beings and the cosmos, lightly tracing the Dao marks at your fingertips, your eyes hold neither joy nor sorrow.

Rank Nine was never the end.
