Lu Zhou, an office drone wrung dry by his clients, had only one dream: to sleep through a Saturday without DingTalk disturbing him.
Then he was dragged into a ridiculous group chat called “Homesick Transmigrators of the Myriad Worlds.”
The chat was something like this:
Sword Immortal Ancestor: “I haven’t seen Wi-Fi in three hundred years. Someone send me a GIF so I can see one. It doesn’t even have to move.”
Vampire Prince: “Fish and chips, please. I’ll trade my first embrace for some.”
Apocalypse Survivor: “I found a packet of expired spicy strips yesterday and cried while eating them. They taste like home.”
Imperial Consort: “What happened to that homesick care package you promised? I want milk tea! @Admin”
Lu Zhou stared at the gleaming gold characters reading “Admin” beside his avatar and fell into thought.
When the group members spammed “Admin, we want care packages!” for the 108th time, Lu Zhou silently sent out a case of Fuzhai Happy Water.
The next second, a System notification rang out in the minds of all the transmigrators across the Myriad Worlds:
“Ding! Group admin ‘Earth’s Runaway Office Drone’ has sent out a care package of hometown flavors. Please collect it.”
The Myriad Worlds erupted.
