Stranded on a Desert Island: My Counselor Has Changed

On our graduation trip, the plane crashed. I woke up on an island, looked up, and saw Gu Qingling, our student counselor.

At school, she had kept me in line for four years: dorm inspections, points deducted, and an ironclad sense of fairness. She used to lecture me, but now, on the island, she was the one taking orders from me.

One night, during a thunderstorm, she climbed into my tent, trembling all over.

“Lin Yue, the day I became a counselor, I made three rules for myself. First, never be friends with students. Second, never favor any student.” She paused. “Third, never fall in love with a student.”

Moonlight shone in her eyes. They were wet.

Thunder still rumbled outside the tent. Inside, everything was quiet.

I knew that from this moment on, everything on this island had changed.
