At Kaifeng Prefecture, My Lady Is Simply Too Beautiful

Chen Lang transmigrated into the world of The Legend of the Chinese Paladin and became Tang Xiaolong's tutor.

He had planned to keep his head down and cling to the protagonist's coattails. But on his first day at the mansion, he caught a glimpse through a curtain of Tang Xiaolong's mother, Zhao Wanyi. Her beauty was beyond compare, with bright eyes and pearly teeth, and her brows held a trace of the lonely sorrow of a woman shut away in the inner quarters.

Chen Lang changed his mind on the spot.

He would keep his job as a tutor, but he also wanted to try taking Tang Xiaolong's father's place.

It began with a cup of osmanthus tea and led to fingers intertwined beside the lotus pond under the moon. While Tang Wenyuan was busy dealing with the Black Fox King, Chen Lang was busy warming Madam Tang's heart in the back courtyard.

Just as he'd finally won over this stunning beauty and was preparing to enjoy life, the Black Fox King made his intentions known:

"I've taken a fancy to that tutor at the Tang residence."

Chen Lang: ???

This isn't how the script is supposed to go!
