This is the story of a convenience store clerk and some guys who play in a band. There are no earth-shattering turns, just daily routines that are taken seriously one after another. The rain will stop, the sky will clear, and Asahi Haru will stand behind the checkout counter, waiting for the next person to come in and say "Welcome."

There are many qualities that make books attractive. Some people like nuanced character descriptions, some like fascinating storylines, some like tight logical reasoning, and some like empathetic love and hatred. For me personally, what first attracted me to this book was the appropriate metaphor. But as I tried to relate to the metaphor, I became obsessed with the characters.
