Journey to the West: The Great Sage Returns, Who Dares Speak Nonsense in Heaven Now?

After achieving Buddhahood, the Great Sage transmigrates back to the Journey to the West world before he caused Havoc in Heaven. The Heavenly Court makes an exception and once again appoints him to the position of Bimawen. The Great Sage returns to office, but now that he knows the future, he gives the Western religion no further chances. After countless hardships and ups and downs in officialdom, he finally brings Tang Sanzang and his three disciples back from the mortal world. The four master and disciples become smooth operators in the Heavenly Court, much to the Buddhist sect's dismay. Guanyin Bodhisattva: “This wretched monkey is far too seasoned. I can't even put the tightening spell on him. What are we supposed to do?” Tathagata Buddha: “It's over. This monkey understands the ways of officialdom so well that even the old Jade Emperor, secretly colluding with me, may be powerless against him.” Jade Emperor: “How is this monkey so slick as an official, and even more devious than me? I put him in charge of the Peach Garden, and still couldn't find a way to kick him out of Heaven!” Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King Li Jing: “Your Majesty, not long ago, I happened to hear the Queen Mother speak highly of someone named Sun Wukong.” Jade Emperor: “If this goes on, we're finished! Quickly, summon Tathagata Buddha!” [Journey to the West and officialdom] [The Journey to the West, in the name of the Great Sage's return] [The Great Sage's hilarious tale of getting himself killed in officialdom] P.S.
