The Maxed-Out Mecha

In 2026, Blue Star is on the verge of being struck by “high-dimensional radiation,” bringing global extreme cold and biological mutations. Conventional firearms become useless, and only high-dimensional technological equipment can fight the mutants.

The Cyber Civilization Manifestation System gives its user an unlimited budget, but allows them to purchase only advanced equipment from the 31st century, including mechs, nano-suits, energy arks, and tactical nuclear weapons. Before the apocalypse arrives, purchased equipment remains in a “dormant/model” state, so ordinary people mistake it for toys or junk.

An unconventional hoarding story. While everyone else stocks up on instant noodles and ham sausages, the protagonist hoards mechs and battleship parts. While others fight over a piece of bread, the protagonist eats synthetic steak in a secure shelter. When the villains come knocking on the glass, the protagonist simply activates the automated defense gun turrets.
