[Alternate History + No Fawning Over Ying Zheng + Fusu Really Storms Xianyang + Restoring Heaven’s Mandate and Quelling the Rebellion]
My name is Ying Fusu, son of Ying Zheng, the greatest emperor in history. Later generations have judged me in very different ways. Some believe that if I had succeeded to the throne, I could have made the empire last forever. But more think I was too weak and too compassionate, and that even if I had survived, I couldn’t have saved Great Qin from its entrenched, unstoppable war machine... My death left all of this uncertain. My name is also Ying Fusu, and I’m a transmigrator. When I received the forged edict, I chose to lead troops into Xianyang to restore Heaven’s Mandate and quell the rebellion. After ascending the throne, I governed with both civil and military skill, granted a general amnesty, provided relief through public works, replaced warfare with construction, and strengthened the nation through industry. I established a Ministry of Works beneath the Three Councillors, with Great Qin Heavy Industries under its administration, ramped up steel production, built an ocean-going fleet, and founded artillery, musketeer, and Divine Machine battalions... leading the empire into rapid expansion.
In just a few short years, Great Qin’s banners had been planted in nearly every corner of the globe. Thus began an everlasting golden age, and history remembers me as Emperor Taizong of Qin!
