Zhao Weiguo, a third-year mechanical engineering student at Harbin Institute of Technology, accidentally transmigrates to 1938 and becomes an apprentice at a Red Army ordnance factory, where he shares a name with its original apprentice. Faced with a decrepit factory that doesn't even have a decent lathe, he activates a “Campus Forum” System that lets him post requests for help to the modern-day Harbin Institute of Technology forum at any time. From then on, Zhao Weiguo uses the forum to obtain modern engineering blueprints and guidance from professors while personally upgrading the factory. Starting with the production of seamless steel pipes, he moves on to mass-producing rifles, artillery, tanks, and aircraft, leading the Eighth Route Army's military industry through a leap in development and ultimately crushing the Japanese invaders with an unstoppable tide of steel.
I originally wanted to give it five stars, but it sounds too awkward. If you make me unhappy, I will give you one less star.
