Younger biker Zhang Chen and proud, prickly older sister Xia Jing
She is a sharp-tongued but soft-hearted older sister who can't hide her feelings. He looks rebellious and unruly, but at heart he's an earnest, clingy, straightforward puppy of a guy.
Zhang Chen is used to putting on a tough front. Whenever he makes Xia Jing angry, he immediately panics and gives in, clumsily but stubbornly trying to get closer to her.
With six months left until the college entrance exams, Xia Jing stays up late helping him study and guides him through the exam prep, hoping to get him back on track.
As expected, Zhang Chen fails the exams. Xia Jing urges him to retake them, but after getting drunk, he says she only wants him to repeat the year so she can leave him behind.
In the end, he still decides to try again.
A year later, he really does make it into her city by the skin of his teeth.
