In the World of Journey to the West? From the Start, I Command All the Armies!

After transmigrating into Journey to the West, Li Chengqian starts out as the Crown Prince of Great Tang. With Tang Sanzang’s arrival drawing near, Li Chengqian decisively launches the Xuanwu Gate Coup.

With Li Shimin under house arrest and Li Chengqian commanding the empire’s armies, will Heaven and Spirit Mountain try to interfere?

Li Chengqian, soon to become the Emperor of Great Tang, declares, “If you’ve got the guts, come down here and fight me!”

Faced with Li Chengqian’s arrogance, Heaven and Spirit Mountain simply ignore him. But while they turn a blind eye, Li Chengqian ascends the throne and turns his blade against Buddhism in Great Tang.

By the time Spirit Mountain reacts, it is already too late.

The Buddha asks, “What are the Great Tang troops stationed at the foot of Spirit Mountain doing?”

Tang Sanzang and his disciples answer, “We don’t know. They’ve been following us all this way.”

At that very moment, Li Chengqian raises the banner of the Human Emperor.

Li Chengqian declares, “I hereby announce: we shall wage war on Heaven and exterminate the Buddha!”
