On the eve of Havoc in Heaven, Lu Yuan transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West. He expects ascending to the Celestial Court to be a blessing, but instead he's sent to the Department of Obsolete Records and made a low-ranking celestial clerk no one notices.
Luckily, he awakens the Great Dao Audit System. As long as he investigates the Three Realms' hidden accounts and corrects the records, he'll earn extraordinary opportunities!
One day, he casually sorts out the Peach Garden's messy accounts for its depleted spiritual roots. The next morning, a gourd of Nine-Turn Golden Elixir has mysteriously appeared on his desk!
Lu Yuan is baffled. “I was just keeping the books. Who left a gourd of golden elixir in my office? Are you trying to make me break the rules?”
As he looks at the rooms full of innate treasures and hush money that gods and Buddhas insist on giving him, he tearfully accepts it all.
From then on, the Celestial Court's whole atmosphere changes!
