The Mountain Spirit's Decree

The former god returns to the void; the new lord inherits the peaks.

Heaven, earth, and mountains all fall under my command;

The spiritual veins of the eight directions all obey my orders.

I am the lord of mountain spirits,

and mountains and rivers share my heart.

I kindle the lights in ten thousand homes.
