No Ultraman, Yet I Bring All the Light

(No System, focused on growth, with an original world and plot. You can treat it like a TV show, with guest appearances and crossovers.)

With the sunshine of Meng, the perseverance of Feng Yuan, and the stubbornness of Tachibana Naoki, Qin Tian was that kind of person. He dared to charge barehanded at a knife-wielding criminal… and died at the age of twenty-three.

Fortunately, a higher-dimensional god witnessed the scene:

“Boy, what is your dream?”

“To become light!” Qin Tian answered without hesitation. Then he transmigrated.

A familiar monster appeared before him. The city was in tears, but the Giant of Light he had imagined never came… So this time, I’ll become the light!

(The protagonist can initially transform into all Showa-era Ultras. For details and settings, see the main story.)
