In a Matriarchal Apocalypse, I Have a Vital Essence System

An unknown virus begins spreading across the globe from Jiangcheng. Women can use the virus to absorb and cultivate energy, awaken supernatural abilities, and embark on the path to transcendence. Men, however, gain no benefit from the virus and can only serve as expendable fodder on that path. Xu Liang is reborn from a miserable matriarchal apocalypse in the future and awakens the Essence Consolidation System. This time, he decides he won’t be expendable material for other people’s cultivation. He’ll say no to this wretched apocalypse! With the System’s help, Xu Liang immediately begins looking for a way to awaken his abilities. Even if he can’t cultivate, he’ll use the virus to seize a slim chance of survival. Snatch opportunities, seize fate! His only goal is to become the world’s strongest transcendent and get ahead of everyone else!
