Late Ming: Starting by Saving Lin Pianpian

A harem story set in the same universe as The Starved Rock and Ashes of the Kingdom.

The late Ming dynasty is on the brink of collapse. Natural disasters and man-made calamities ravage the north, leaving the people destitute, while the south indulges in drunken revelry night after night. Faced with twists and turns in love, political maneuvering, business intrigue, and the tragedy of war, should the protagonist respect history and know when to yield, or defy fate and save this broken land?

This is my first time writing a male protagonist, a harem, and a historical story. If anything bothers you, please go easy on me.
