Shenghua Tower was a bustling city landmark, yet it concealed a forbidden thirteenth floor.
Room 1304, unknown to the public, housed an office for handling supernatural incidents, commonly known as the Horror Office.
Su Wan, an unemployed young woman, unexpectedly received a bizarre job offer and was forced to take the position.
Lu Chen, the cold and calculating man in charge, was stationed there to keep the evil spirits and vengeful ghosts in the building at bay.
Ghostly shadows in empty corridors, a red-clad vengeful spirit haunting the restroom, the dead sealed inside the walls, eerie sobbing echoing through the building at midnight...
Beneath the gleaming façade lay countless wrongful deaths and the sins of human nature.
Once you joined, there was no way out. Resigning was impossible.
The moment she stepped into the Horror Office, Su Wan was forced to confront the worlds of the living and the dead, walking the line between life and death.
One bizarre haunting after another erupted, and one sealed-away tragedy after another came to light.
This skyscraper, built upon a mountain of crimes, seethed with resentment and knew no peace.
Together, she and he untangled lingering obsessions and guided vengeful spirits to their rest,
amid endless darkness and unrelenting terror,
searching for the secrets layered beneath the tower,
fighting to survive with no way out.
