{Modern setting + feel-good power fantasy + multiple heroines + cultivation + school life + extraordinary talent + must-add-to-your-library}

My name is Lü Ershuang. My master, Old Man Lü, adopted me on the second day of the second lunar month, when the dragon raises its head, so I took his surname and the name Ershuang.

I grew up with my master by the Grand Canal in Lin City, at the Lüzu Temple. He taught me a few half-baked Daoist arts and forced me to practice a boy’s cultivation technique called Pure Yang Art. He claimed it had been passed down from the time Patriarch Lü slew a demon by the canal. He said you had to avoid women and preserve your virginity until you turned twenty to lay a solid foundation, and that you would surely achieve great things afterward.

The next day, as she leaned against the wall for support, she said, “You stupid donkey, we’re breaking up...”
