Hardcore Tutoring: Dealing with Bratty Kids and Eccentric Parents

I'm Su Wan, a former overachiever who quit her job and switched to hard-nosed tutoring.

I don't coddle kids, flatter parents, or act as a nanny.

My first client was a tough one: a rebellious young master with a mouth full of profanity, and a pretentious socialite mom who issued orders the whole time.

Three minutes after I walked in, I pulled the plug on his computer.

A week later, the young master was begging me not to leave.

A month later, his mother was enthusiastically recommending me to all her friends.

Before long, my schedule was booked solid three years in advance.

I just wanted to make money in peace. How did I become the best tutor in the business?
