He originally wanted to be free in the three realms, but he was shackled by the etiquette and laws of heaven and despised by his false reputation. Bi Ma Wen's humiliation came first, and Peach Club's bullying came later. In the end, Xin Yuan was so angry that he made a big fuss in the Heavenly Palace and pointed the golden hoop at Ling Xiao's hypocrisy.
There was silence for five hundred years under the Five Elements Mountain. Once the golden cicada was reincarnated, Xuanzang was ordered to go westward. In the past, the unruly Monkey King embarked on the road to protect the road; the greedy and foolish Bajie practiced hard in Gaolaozhuang forty-nine years to realize the Tao; the rolling curtain general broke the situation in Liushahe and the two saints who fought with wits finally converted to the right path. The four masters and apprentices gathered together and embarked on a long journey westward.

Avalokitesvara Temple destroys greed, Huangfengling cleanses away inner demons, Gao Laozhuang lets go of obsession, Liusha River cuts off obsessions, beats bones three times to distinguish true from false, Wuzhuang attains immortality through contemplation, Shituoling confronts murderous intentions, cleanses the mundane world at the foot of Lingshan... The eighty-one difficulties are all self-realization of the original mind; every step of the eighty-thousand-mile journey is filled with Zen mind.
