Synopsis
Shen Luxi died.
She died at twenty-four, and the cause was nothing worth mentioning.
When she woke, she was back at sixteen, in the classroom where her first-year high school class had just been reshuffled, with the taste of rust in her mouth.
In her previous life, she got one multiple-choice question wrong: she wasted three years of her youth on someone, only to hear him say, “What’s wrong with you?” Then she blew her college entrance exam and ruined her life.
Given another chance, she wanted to do only three things: study, make money, and stay away from Li Zhixing.
But Li Zhixing clung to her like a stubborn plaster, changing seats, bringing her milk, saying good night, and doing everything she had longed for in her previous life.
“We barely know each other,” she said.
“Then why are you afraid to look at me?” he asked.
Even stranger, someone kept sending messages to her phone: “Stay away from Zhou Chen.”
Zhou Chen, the second-ranked student in their year, was the good student in everyone’s eyes. He was the one who had ruined her in her previous life.
Shen Luxi thought she had the whole story in hand and victory assured. Until one day, she heard Li Zhixing ask his deskmate in a low voice:
“Has Shen Luxi lost her memory?”
She jerked her head up.
He had already turned away, leaving her only the back of his head.
At that moment, she suddenly realized: she might not be the only one who had been reborn.
After being reborn, I decided not to date, but it seems my ex-boyfriend was reborn too.
