Su Yumian is a 22-year-old recent college graduate and full-time web novelist, with a constitution that sends her into an Infinite Flow instance every time she falls asleep.
In real life, sleeping means transmigrating into an instance, and waking up means leaving it. She is not bound by the instance's rules, nor protected by any rules. Ghosts and monsters can't kill her, and rule-based items used by players have no effect on her.
After dreaming so much, she can even become lucid in her dreams and quickly realize she's dreaming.
To her, all of this is simply a way to gather material. To everyone else, she is the mysterious [Outsider], existing beyond every instance, appearing and vanishing without a trace, immortal and unfathomable.
