I Saved This City by Collecting Scraps

A boy who collects scraps, his right hand can decompose all things. He set out from the scrapyard in the north of the city to protect people with superpowers, fight against conspirators, and find his mother who had been missing for fifteen years. Light can be a weapon or a lamp. Depends on who is holding it.
