While others stockpile supplies, kill mutant beasts, and fight over territory, Cheng Mo rides his electric scooter all over the city, delivering ammunition to the military, supplies to refugees, and milk tea to the Beast Queen. Every delivery makes him stronger, and every delivery comes with a reward.
The military suspects he’s a high-level Esper. The Awakened organization wants to recruit him. The Beast Queen has taken a strange interest in him.
But Cheng Mo only has one thing to say:
