Huangjue Lane

In 1988, Su Nian was reborn. She wasn't looking for revenge or treasure; she just wanted to turn her miserable life into poetry. Her husband hid money away, so she hid her bankbook. Her in-laws told her to accept her lot in life, so she opened a shop. Along with Song Yuehua, who was getting divorced, and Xiang Xiuying, who was pretending to be crazy, she made her way from Huangjue Lane to the provincial capital. Twenty years later, when she looked back, the old rundown lane was gone. But every one of them had become someone their younger selves never dared imagine they could be. Dedicated to all the women who refused to give up.
