"The Five Immortals of the Northeast: The Yin-Yang Hunting Record" is a mysterious and suspense novel based on the folk belief of the "Five Immortals" in the Northeast. The story takes place in a small village called Kaoshantun in the depths of Yiwulu Mountain in Liaoning. It tells the story of a fourteen-year-old boy named Chen Jiujin who inherited his grandmother's incense and became a disciple. He gathered the tokens of the five immortal families, Hu, Huang, Bai, Liu and Hui, to establish the Five Immortals Hall, and battled wits and courage with the mysterious organization "God Hunter" who hunted the immortal family.
